This site is a tribute to Elsie and Gordon Byrne. They are both much loved and will always be remembered.

Elsie sadly passed away peacefully after a long illness, on 31st August 2020, aged 83.

Gordon suddenly passed away, reuniting with his devoted wife of 62 years on 13th September 2020, aged 90.

Due to current restrictions their joint funeral service will be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Monday 5th October at 3.00pm, by invitation only.

The cortège will leave from Lime Tree Court, Wolverhampton where they spent the last 4 years together at 2.00pm for anyone that would like to pay their respects.

We ask for no flowers please, instead donations can be made in memory of Elsie and Gordon to Alzheimer’s Society and MIND.

They leave behind their beloved son, Glyn, his wife Johanna and grandchildren Jessica, Chloe and George.
Cherished memories of a time gone by, rest peacefully now Mom. God Bless.

In life we loved you dearly and in death we do the same. Hearts of gold, love so sincere, treasured memories will keep you near. Goodnight and God bless Nan and Grandad xxx
